Your tasks

  • You serve our customers in technical support via phone, e-mail, remote or on site (if required)
  • Your intuition and expertise guide you in troubleshooting and initial counselling
  • You develop and write protocols and also applications notes for internal and external use
  • Our customers can rely on your technical advice to our products and services
  • You are the interface to your co-workers in sales and development and you forward the relevant information

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d) or automation technician (m/f/d)
  • Your profound competences in hard- and software reflect professionalism
  • You have a creative, analytical and proactive approach
  • Your pronounced communication skills and a desire to cooperate closely with customers define you as preferred contact
  • You are proficient in English and well-versed in using the Office suite, Teamviewer, SSH and similar tools
